✅ Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem!

Just contact us within 30 days, and we’ll help arrange an exchange (based on stock availability).

Shipping fees may apply.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

To keep all pups safe and healthy, we cannot accept returns on:

Used dog boots, harnesses, or items that show wear

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at support@awootrail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. We’ll guide you through the next steps within 1–2 business days.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
