Total Lifesaver for Summer Walks

I recently adopted a high-energy puppy, and when I say she needs exercise or she'll drive you insane, I’m not exaggerating. The problem is, I live in an area with brutally hot summers, and our usual long walks became out of the question as I just didn’t feel safe taking her out in that kind of heat.I was joking with a friend that there’s only so much fetch you can play indoors before you lose your mind, and she mentioned cooling vests. I’d heard of cooling mats before, but not vests. I went online, found this one, read some reviews, and bought it immediately.And wow, what a difference. This thing has been a total lifesaver, both figuratively and (possibly) literally. We’re now able to get out for our walks without me constantly stressing about her overheating.Don’t get me wrong, water breaks in the shade and blasting the A/C once we’re back in the car are still a must, but now our walks feel manageable, even in the heat. If you’ve got a high-energy dog and hot summers, this vest is 100% worth it.

EXCELLENT COOLING COAT

My 15lb Boston Terrier LOVES this cooling coat!! It was literally dropped off 30 minutes ago, I got it wet and put it on her and shes so happy. I got a size small based on other reviews and it’s a great fit for her. The Velcro around the body keep the coat close to body and keep her nice & cool.

I doubted if this would work but it’s very good! Make sure you don’t allow to dry out and check temperature regularly

PERFECT. Truly perfect. It is the perfect thickness, the perfect weight, the perfect material, the perfect fit, and so easy to put on. The most pleasantly surprising thing about this the vest is that the top side has a bunch of tiny holes in it, but there is a second layer to this material that is totally solid on the underside. The reason this was important to me was because I didn't want a bunch of fur escaping through the tiny holes from the underside, especially since I actually mostly planned to use this lightweight vest as a way to minimize the amount of shedding that takes place on every surface in my house. It does a fairly good job at preventing too much shedding, although nothing is perfect. But even as a cooling vest, I've been able to soak this vest, ring it out, and it stays very cool to the touch. Very simple technology that works very well. I plan to get a few more of these just to keep a clean one on hand at all times. Highly recommend. My dog, by the way, weighs 66 lb, is some type of Alaskan Husky mix, maybe with Malamute, and for her size, I bought a large. Definitely not too big and not too small. It's just right. Goldilocks gives it a thumbs up.
